Chongqing Golden Bow Group Power Co., Ltd., its predecessor is Chongqing Sanlian Machinery Development Co., Ltd., was jointly established by Chongqing Golden Bow Group Co., Ltd. & Chongqing Diesel Engine Factory & Chongqing Foreign Trade I/E Corp & Thailand investor in June 1994.
In 2001, due to the disintegration of Chongqing diesel engine factory, Chongqing Golden Bow Group Co., Ltd. established Chongqing Golden Bow Group Power Co., Ltd. by wholly acquiring Chongqing diesel engine factory with world vision, strategic thinking and innovative courage. And established the sales office in Thailand in 2002.
Chongqing Golden Bow Group Power Co., Ltd. is holding by Chongqing Golden Bow Group Co., Ltd. that was established in 1996 that encompasses real estate development, machinery manufacturing and financial services.
